Great visuals are provided by the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) regarding the design and display. Looking at the latter first, we find a 6.3” FHD+ (2220×1080 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display. This has extra rows of pixels so that you can see more of the action and there is an Always On Display feature so that you can always see things such as notifications, weather, time, date, and your choice of FaceWidgets.

The actions happen without lag or delay thanks to an octa-core 2.2GHz processor with 6GB RAM. 6GB RAM is right up there with some of the best phones on the market, so you get top-notch gaming and web browsing experience.
Phone Set Up
Unlocking the Galaxy A9 is nice and convenient with Face Recognition activated whenever you pick up the phone. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone, and you can use this to log in to websites or apps with your fingerprint.
You can use the Smart Switch app to bring content over from your old smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a healthy 128GB memory, and there is a memory card slot that accepts cards with a memory of up to 512GB.
Android Oreo, Galaxy Apps, and Bixby
The Galaxy A9 2018 runs on the Android Oreo operating system, but you also get access to Samsung-made apps from the Galaxy Apps store. A few of the preloaded apps include Samsung Notes, Samsung Health, and Game Launcher, where you can balance performance against battery usage or block notifications.
On the side of the mobile is a Bixby Key (although you can activate the Bixby Assistant with your voice), and this lets you use your voice do complete tasks such as setting reminders or sending messages. Bixby Vision can be used to find nutritional information, things nearby, make translations, or scan QR codes.
