Korean mobile phone giant has today revealed yet another addition to the Galaxy S4 range in the form of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom.
The device aims to combine a top of the range smartphone with a high spec digital camera which features a 16 megapixel rear facing lens with a x10 optical zoom. The phone has a built-in Optical Image Stabiliser (OIS) like traditional cameras to reduce blurring caused by natural movement, which aims to produce the best photos from a Samsung smartphone yet.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom will also be the first device to offer Samsung's Photo Suggest feature, which connects users to a library of images taken by other photographers, allowing you to gain inspiration to improve your own shots. The app even uses GPS to suggest nearby vantage points where you can capture perfect photographs.
As you would expect from a smartphone designed for its camera quality, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom shares the same photo modes as the original Samsung Galaxy S4, including Shot & Sound, Drama and Animation mode, allowing you to make your photos more fun and dynamic. And when you're done, simply upload your images to the Samsung Story Album feature and enjoy your photos in a personalised photo album.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom features Samsung's Smart Mode; choose from a selection of pre-set modes such as Action Freeze or Drama Shot to take the perfect photo each time. You can even use the Smart Mode Suggest to offer tips about lighting levels, background and face detection, to allow you to take professional-looking photos.
Camera aside, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom sports a 4.3 inch screen, a 1.5 GHz processor and an 8 GB internal memory, which puts it slightly behind the original S4 in terms of specs.
