Samsung’s assault on the tablet market is showing no signs of stopping, with the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 now available here in the UK.
The 8.4” version of Samsung’s tablet can be found across the UK, retailing at around £349.
It comes in two different styles, albeit not hugely exciting ones, with a black or a white tablet being the first to be released, with no word on any extra colours in the future.
The specs are definitely an exciting prospect though; with the Tab Pro 8.4 being home to a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat and up to 32GB internal storage space.
The slate isn’t let down by its display either, offering a beautifully crisp 8.4” Super Clear LCD display, with a 1600x2560 resolution.
The tablet also boasts an 8 megapixel back mounted camera, and a 2 megapixel selfie snapper on the front side.
One down side to the recent release is its lack of a carrier supported version, meaning that it is a Wi-Fi only tablet, but this isn’t expected slow sales too much.
Samsung is apparently working on improving its range of tablets this year, having already started taking pre-orders for its 12.2" tablet and a 20” effort also being rumoured from the Korean company.
