Observers are eager to see some action coming from Motorola since Google bought the company last summer; now not only have details of the Moto X been leaked, but critics are also gaining an insight into a second device, the Motorola Droid Ultra, that’s allegedly in the making.
The leak, rather unusually, came from Motorola’s own website, and revealed that the device will feature a 4.3-inch screen, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and an 8MP camera.
The mid-range Droid Ultra, according to the Motorola website, will also be “available in a bunch of glossy colours” with a thin body that’s “tough as steel”.
Looking at the specs, it doesn’t seem like there’s too much to get excited about here; even the Moto X is rumoured to have a set of rather mid-range features, which doesn’t quite meet our growing expectations for the company.
The Motorola Droid Ultra might hit our shelves under a different name, however, as the ‘Droid’ title has previously been dropped in the UK Razr range of Motorola smartphones. Either way, we’ll keep you up to date with all movements on the Motorola front as they happen.
