The BlackBerry Z10 made an appearance ahead of the official launch that is taking place this year and now it is the turn of the QWERTY BlackBerry 10 handset which is expected to be called the X10.
Previous dummy versions of the phone had been caught on camera but the latest image shows a working model which points to a launch date very soon and as the BlackBerry 10 event is on the 30th January it's a safe bet that RIM will be giving us all the details at the event.
The full touchscreen model (the Z10) is also expected to be revealed at the event so we should get the details on both devices very soon. A 4G model for use on the EE network is also being rumoured so fans of BlackBerry can enjoy the new OS and superfast mobile browsing speeds too.
Specification details are still very scarce but as the event is at the end of the month we don't have to wait too long to see what RIM has packed into their latest BlackBerry handsets. Will these latest phones and new OS be the catalyst to take RIM out of their slump of the last couple of years? Watch this space.
