With MWC just weeks away, it seems that LG has something to say beforehand, scheduling an announcement about a new release on February 13th.
Realistically, the only announcement we can expect would be to do with the LG G Pro 2, a 6” phablet which was expected to make its launch at MWC in Barcelona.
But now it seems that the handset could be revealed slightly earlier than expected, with LG still expected to showcase the phablet in Barcelona anyway.
The LG G Pro 2 will be the latest smartphone phablet to hit the market, boasting fairly impressive specs as well, with a 3GB RAM and a Snapdragon 800 processor being rumoured.
Whilst LG could still be keeping something under wraps about the device, we aren’t expecting many more surprising features out of the G Pro 2.
The handset is already thought to sport a 16 megapixel camera, a full HD display and a fingerprint scanner.
We will just have to wait and see exactly what LG has in store for us in just under a weeks’ time at the announcement, but either way we will be at MWC to take a look at the G Pro 2 when the event hits Barcelona.
