Budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy Core Revealed

Samsung Galaxy Core

The Samsung Galaxy range has many devices to choose from delivering everything from the top end impressive Galaxy S4 through to every budget level you could need and now it looks like Samsung is adding one more.

This latest addition to the Galaxy range is very much at the lower end of the market but even though this may be a more affordable phone you still get some of the great features included on the top phones. Smart Stay, Smart Alert and S Voice are on board so you enjoy some Galaxy S4 features even if you are on a budget.

The phone is called the Samsung Galaxy Core and this modest handset will feature a 4.3-inch display, Android 4.1 and a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. There will be 8GB of memory on board as well as 1GB of RAM and a microSD card slot that accepts cards up to 64GB. The optics package includes a VGA front facing camera for video chatting and a 5-megapixel rear snapper.

The phone will be released in a dual-SIM version which will allow users to use both SIM's at the same time, choosing which one to use when making a call or sending a text without having to reset the phone.

The dual-SIM version will be going on sale this month with a single-SIM version to follow later, no confirmation on price yet so keep watching for more info.
