Buying a Mobile Phone Frequently Asked Questions
Tell me about my monthly bills?
Your bills will arrive monthly from the network directly. The bills will match the exact line rental that you have chosen with the EXCEPTION of your first bill. The network will take payment from the date you buy your phone for example the 15th of the month to the month end and will also charge one month in advance. So please do not be alarmed to receive a slightly higher bill the first time. You are NOT being charged extra, you are just being charged in advance. All subsequent bills will match the line rental you have chosen
How many handsets can I buy?
Our restriction is 2 handsets per household per annum.

If you have completed your current contract term with your current network, yes. If not, you cannot bring your number until you are outside of your contractual period. After you receive your handset from us, simply contact your current network provider and ask them for a PAC code (Port Authorisation Code). Then ring your new network and give them the PAC code. Your new network will then arrange to transfer your number within 5 working days. Please remember to transfer your contacts to your new phone within the 5 working days. As soon as the number transfers, all information held on your old SIM card will be lost.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelfore and you will recieve your handset with your normal post.
