The W660i Walkman music phone is a 3G capable solid bar design handset notable for its high quality music and imaging features as well as fast connectivity capabilities. This could be the perfect combination of music, 3G speed an d highly usable features you are seeking.
There is large colour screen (up to 262,144 colours, 176 x 220 pixels resolution) and the phone measure 102mm x 46mm x 14.5mm, weighing 93g, giving it solid, sturdy feel. You can move music from your PC or laptop to the W660i easily, by simply connecting the devices, choosing the music and transferring the music files.
The Mega Bass™ feature provides a bass frequency feature for a superior listening experience on the phone; TrackID™ feature is a song recognition feature allows you to get all the information for any song you like the sound of; a MusicDJ™ feature allows you to create your own polyphonic ringing tone by using the different sounds and music styles to create the personal ringing tone.
The W660i supports Bluetooth® stereo for a wireless music experience and it comes with a built in FM radio with RDS, so you can listen to a FM radio station and gain text information on the screen provided by the radio station (there is a charge for this service).
A 2 megapixel camera, with 2.5 digital zoom and a photo light, can capture stills or video and via messaging, share them with others. You can you're your photos to a picture blog site and share them photos with friends and family easily. The W660i comes with 16 MB of internal memory which can be expanded with a Micro™ M2™ memory stick.
As a 3G capable phone, the W660i provides quick access to broadband Internet: Web surfing, video calls, music and video streaming, directed by the Access NetFront™ Web browser. It is a tri band phone covering GSM 900, 1800, 1900 & UMTS 2100, so works internationally.
You can take part in a face-to-face video calls via a second camera and the 3G capabilities (with any video calling compatible phone user) and conference calling with a group or take a call over the phones speakers leaving the user hands free when on a call. Flight mode allows you to use a selection of features when in a hospital or other restricted area.
There is an instant email service for receiving emails directly to the handset and SMS text messaging and MMS multimedia messaging. Preloaded 3D Java™ games provide a colourful, lively and realistic gaming experience.
